Homecare with Heart recognizes the importance of creating an environment where employees enjoy coming to work and clients receive the care and customer service they deserve.  With this in mind, we have developed the following mission and vision.

Homecare with Heart strives to better understand the ever-changing needs of our clients and employees, develops mutual trust and respect with everyone we encounter and creates a compassionate environment for our clients and employees to coincide as we bring heart to homecare.

Our History

Homecare with Heart was founded on February 2, 2004 in Youngstown, Ohio.  There are three business partners, Stephen Jones, Administrator, Dottie McLean, MSN, RN, Director of Nursing and John Roberts, Financial Director, each with over 25 years experience in homecare. 

Homecare with Heart and its 175 employees is locally owned and provides Private Homecare to children and seniors in the Tri-County area.
